At Gerald Turner Brewery, we craft exceptional beers using a meticulous process that combines tradition with innovation. We start with mineral-rich water from Sweet, Idaho, and incorporate local hops from Emmett and grains from the Northwest region.

Our brewing process is moving to a innovative Heat Exchange Recirculating Mash System (HERMS), which improves beer clarity. We utilize high-grade stainless steel equipment and a Clean in Place (CIP) system to ensure cleanliness and quality from start to finish. Specialized yeasts are carefully selected for each brew, and our beers are bottled in pre-sanitized containers.

Every step is executed with precision and care, reflecting our commitment to quality and cleanliness. This dedication results in what we proudly call
